Service Description

In this series of meetings (8 meetings) I will guide families with children in dealing with the unique challenges of reallocation. Each session provides practical strategies and emotional support to help parents prepare their children for the transition, establish a sense of stability and build resilience during the transition period. From dealing with concerns before moving to building a new routine in an unfamiliar place - this series equips families with the tools to make relocation a positive and accessible experience for everyone.
